2. Is now the right time to begin?
3. What are my treatment options?
4. What is the estimated cost and treatment length for these options?

When treatment is indicated, we will need diagnostic records consisting of photographs, impressions for study models and special orthodontic X-rays. After these records are completed, a consultation visit will be scheduled to go over your individualized treatment plan, your treatment fee and insurance benefit and any questions that you may have. We believe that this in-depth planning and discussion of specific patient needs will lead to a better result and a higher patient satisfaction.

To get the most from your initial exam, please provide any panoramic X-rays taken within the last six months, bring your insurance card and download and fill out our patient information and medical history form.
